Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to home health and hospice patients across the Clarkston, WA and Lewiston, ID service areas
• Manage a caseload of approximately 30 points per week
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver skilled PT interventions in the home setting
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient goals and transitions of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required (WA participates in the PT Compact)
• Idaho Physical Therapy license required or pending licensure considered (Idaho is not a PT Compact state)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Experience in home health or hospice settings preferred for day-one productivity

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior home health or hospice physical therapy experience
• Familiarity with point-based productivity systems
• Ability to manage an independent caseload with minimal supervision
