Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Extrusion Operator to join their team. As an Extrusion Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lab Specialist/ Support

Location: South Boston, MA

Pay Range: $27 per hour - Monday to Friday (40 hrs. a week/ Full time )

What's the Job?

• Download excel request form and create batch record.

• Weigh and mix powder blend batch accurately.

• Generate required labeling of all extrusion powder blends.

• Assist with cutting and measuring extruded materials.

• Manage powder blend material inventory.

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

• Basic understanding of weighing and batching processes is a plus.
