Youth Workforce Development Lead
Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis
Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis seeks a Workforce Development Coordinator to lead the Technical Training Center (TTC). You will oversee Welding, Culinary Arts, Logistics, and STEM, manage staff, and drive program outcomes and industry partnerships. You will coordinate certifications, work with schools and employers, and guide youth toward credentials and employment opportunities.
