Community Programs and Services Coordinator RN - Wellness RN Wellness Coordinator will design and implement programs that promote healthy behaviors and outcomes for employees. They are responsible for assessing the needs and interest of a population, educating and counseling employees on health topics, and evaluating the impact of wellness programs on a company's performance. In addition, they may help coordinate special events and programs to promote better health in the community. The RN Wellness Coordinator will need to have skills and knowledge in public health, organizational behavior, marketing and managing a population. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
