Caregiver Job Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or CNA, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe and independent in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Providing mobility assistance and transfers
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Providing medication reminders
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

• HHA certification or CNA license preferred, but not required—we provide HHA training
• Previous caregiving, home care, assisted living, memory care, or senior care experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass an AHCA Level II background screening
• Available to work at least two shifts per week
