Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (PRN)

All associates, regardless of their employment status, will begin accruing PTO from their start date. After successfully completing a 90-day probationary period, they can utilize these hours. PTO accrual is based on all hours worked, including both regular and overtime. These benefits can be used for vacation, sick leave, personal days, or holidays, and associates have the option to cash out up to 40 hours per paycheck.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
• Provide services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
• Continuously assess patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary based on changes in their condition.
• Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

• Possess a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Hold a current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state, maintaining good standing throughout employment.
• Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with the necessity to keep it current throughout employment.

• Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
• Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment effectively.
• Communicate and collaborate productively within an interdisciplinary team.
