Knowledge of forecasting models and cost accounting processes are key requirements for this position. You will explore investment options and set company-wide financial policies.Ultimately, you will ensure our financial planning is healthy and profitable and aligns with business objectives.Primary Responsibilities:Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysisForecast quarterly and annual profitsPrepare cost projectionsAnalyze and report on current financial statusConduct thorough research of historical financial dataExplore investment options and present risk and opportunitiesCoordinate with the CFO and the executive team on long-term financial planningCompare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvementParticipate in budgeting (for departments and projects)Review accounting transactions for data accuracyEstablish financial policiesMaintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisionsPrimary Skills & Requirements:Proven work experience as a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar roleHands-on experience with financial and statistical softwareExpertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)Familiarity with finance databasesUnderstanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP)Up-to-date with accounting laws and regulationsExcellent analytical skillsAbility to present financial data using detailed reports and chartsDemonstrable strategic thinking skillsConfidentiality in handling sensitive financial informationBS degree in Finance, Accounting or EconomicsRelevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plusBenefits AvailableMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid HolidaysPTOCommunity Service PTOFSA/HSALife InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityAbout IntegrityIntegrity is one of the nation’s leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
