As a Customer Service Guide, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer has a positive experience at our car wash. From greeting customers upon arrival, to prepping their vehicles and assisting them with any questions or concerns, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for all customers. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
