What You'll Be Doing

As our Maintenance Assistant / Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our community running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of the facility.
• Troubleshooting and repairing minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
• Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including landscaping and minor repairs.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure all equipment and systems are in excellent working condition.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair tasks.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
