About the Role:

HOMECARE RESCUE LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home health team in Wesley Chapel, FL. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives by delivering personalized, one-on-one care right in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance

Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes in condition to supervising nurses

Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence

Support patients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional monitoring

Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home environment for patients

Document care activities accurately and maintain up-to-date patient records

Build trusting relationships with patients and families, providing emotional support and companionship

Requirements:

Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Florida

Prior experience in home health, personal care, or a related healthcare setting preferred

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license to travel to patient homes in Wesley Chapel and surrounding areas

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a genuine desire to help others

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and assisting with patient transfers

CPR/First Aid certification preferred
