Schedule:

• Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
• 36 hours per week (3 x 12-hour shifts)
• Every other weekend required

Desired Experiences & Required Qualifications:

• Current, active Ohio Respiratory Care Practitioner license (pending/in process licenses will not be considered)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials with minimum three years of acute care experience
• Proficiency in arterial blood gases, biPAP, ventilator management, and related therapies
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy including assessment, treatment, and patient education
• Perform and interpret blood gas analyses; manage ventilators and biPAP/CPAP devices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams across varying facilities
• Maintain meticulous clinical records and uphold best practices
• Demonstrate adaptability with assignment schedule, including working every other weekend
