What You’ll Do Provide excellent customer service to distributors, dealers, and customers by answering tech support calls and emails involving equipment and process issues Process warranty claims and keep cases organized and moving Work directly with 2-cycle engines, outdoor power equipment, and spray equipment — real tools, real troubleshooting Assemble and operate equipment for demos, testing, and training sessions Join ongoing product and engine training to level up your technical skills Contribute ideas to improve products and support materials What You Bring High School Diploma/GED Strong communication and organization skills; excellent English skills, Spanish is a bonus Basic proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint A positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn Extras Experience as a Service Technician or Service Writer involving powersports, outdoor power equipment, or pump and spray equipment Technical school or industry certifications related to power equipment and 2-stroke engines (i.e., EETC, Honda, Echo, Stihl, Briggs, Kubota, etc.) About Maruyama U.S., Inc.
