Workplace Experience Coordinator

Description

Our client, the U.S.'s largest commercial real estate services firm, is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to support a professional corporate office in Portland, OR . This is an excellent 3-month contract opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service while supporting daily workplace operations, office events, and employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact by greeting employees, visitors, and guests with a professional and welcoming attitude.
Issue visitor and parking passes while following established security procedures.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
Coordinate workplace services including mail distribution, office supply management, onboarding support, and maintenance requests.
Organize and support onsite meetings and events, including room setup, furniture arrangement, supply delivery, and event breakdown.
Coordinate with vendors providing workplace services and building support.
Respond to employee and guest questions while delivering outstanding customer service.
Assist with general office upkeep, including resetting chairs, wiping surfaces, and maintaining common areas.
Follow building safety and emergency procedures and communicate with appropriate personnel when necessary.
Complete administrative tasks and provide additional workplace support as assigned.

Must Have Skills

High School Diploma or GED.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Nice to Have Skills

Previous experience in workplace experience, reception, hospitality, or office coordination.
Experience coordinating meetings or onsite events.
Vendor coordination experience.
Experience supporting day-to-day corporate office operations.
