Located in the heart of Ocean Drive, The Clevelander is where South Beach comes alive. Poolside DJs. Electric nightlife. Frozen cocktails. High-energy entertainment. A party atmosphere that never stops. We're looking for Barbacks who bring infectious energy and keep our operation running smoothly at one of South Beach's most legendary destinations.

This role is all about being the backbone of the bar. You'll stock bottles, organize supplies, prep ingredients, and support our bartenders so they can deliver unforgettable guest experiences. You'll also acknowledge guests, spread good vibes, and engage with the crowd—keeping the energy high while everything runs perfectly. Speed, organization, positive attitude, and genuine hospitality are everything. You'll work in the most electric environment in South Beach where the magic happens.

What We're Looking For: Outgoing, high-energy individuals passionate about hospitality. Strong multitasking skills, positive energy, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Six months to one year of experience as a barback is preferred.
