Job Summary

Client is seeking a Field Service Technician to support operations at a paper mill in Redwood, MS. This is a hands-on role involving equipment maintenance, lab testing, data collection, monitoring equipment, equipment installation, and working closely with mill personnel. On-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform lab testing and collect operational data

Monitor, maintain, and install equipment

Troubleshoot plumbing, pumps, tubing, and related equipment

Enter and maintain data using Excel

Work safely in an industrial paper mill environment

Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED

Mechanical, plumbing, or electrical experience preferred

Pump/plumbing experience is a strong plus

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Basic Microsoft Word/Excel knowledge preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working around industrial noise and hot/cold conditions

Strong safety awareness and teamwork.
