Position Overview

We're searching for a Maintenance Technician to add to our team in Neenah, WI! The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in supporting production by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring minimal downtime across our manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude in a fast-paced industrial environment. We specialize in extrusion and custom fabrications!

 

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
• Inspect machinery and identify potential issues before they escalate
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Assist with installation, setup, and relocation of machinery and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance
  
   

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (plastics experience a plus)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial controls
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Basic welding and fabrication skills preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
