Maintenance Specialist Job Summary Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Specialist to join our proud team of healthcare professionals. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our state-of-the-art facility. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs of facility equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas, including equipment rooms and storage facilities Complete tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager and Facilities Director Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of facility systems and equipment About Us At Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, we are committed to Revolutionizing Care Delivery.
