Retail Sales Associate

Health benefits, including dental and vision options 401k and Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid Time Off (PTO) Generous merchandise discounts Tuition assistance and pet insurance Fun, rewarding work in a visually inspiring workplace Family-oriented team environment with regular schedules What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach Maximize sales growth in a commission-based environment Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after-sale service Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom Become an expert in our products and services through training Assist with store opening/closing procedures and support warehouse/delivery teams Who You Are: 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus Job Type: Full-time - Hourly/Non-Exempt Training wage: $17.25 - $18.00 / hr for three months. Paid Bi-Weekly! Post Training: Continuous base pay of $17.25, PLUS unlimited commission on sales! Benefits eligibility depends on scheduled hours.
