Part-Time Seasonal Registration Specialist

Location: Healthy Kids Programs, 2 Summit Court, Fishkill, NY 12524 Schedule: Part-time, Seasonal Compensation: $18/hour

Position Overview We are hiring three (3) Part-Time Seasonal Registration Specialists one assigned to each weekday shift (8:00 AM2:00 PM, 9:00 AM3:00 PM, or 11:00 AM5:00 PM). This role serves as the primary point of contact for new families, supporting them through the enrollment and registration process to ensure a smooth and positive experience. This is a seasonal position with the potential to transition into a year-round role based on performance and program needs. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Schedule Part-time, MondayFriday. Each employee is assigned one consistent daily shift at hire based on program needs. Available shifts include:

• 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
• 9:00 AM 3:00 PM
• 11:00 AM 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally Process registration forms, ensuring accurate billing and scheduling Follow up with prospective families to support enrollment Maintain current knowledge of required forms and documentation Track registration progress and generate reports using CRM systems Collaborate with the marketing team to promote program offerings

Qualifications Experience in customer service or client support Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry Effective time management and multitasking abilities Team-oriented and adaptable to shifting priorities High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual skills are a strong advantage
