Angular Technical Lead / Senior Front-End Developer

Angular Technical Lead / Senior Front-End Developer Location - Rutherford, NJ (3 days hybrid on-site) Employment Type - Contract to Hire Experience Required - 8–13 Years Job Overview Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade front-end applications using Angular 18+ (Angular 20 preferred). Lead front-end architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams. Build scalable and reusable UI components following modern front-end development practices. Implement and support Micro-Frontend Architecture for large-scale applications. Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, UX teams, and backend developers. Drive code quality through reviews, best practices, and development standards. Ensure application performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and security. Develop and execute End-to-End (E2E) testing strategies using Cypress. Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical leadership across projects. Required Skills Front-End Technologies Angular 18+ (Angular 20 experience strongly preferred) TypeScript

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience leading front-end development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
