Assistant Store Manager - Lawerenceville, GA Atlanta Pay The position is hourly plus sales bonuses for individual sales and co-leading your team. In this role, you are responsible for individual sales and driving sales for the team you lead. $14.80/hr + individual sales bonuses + store sales bonus Duties of the Assistant Store Manager Effectively support your store leader to lead, coach, and inspire your sales team on a daily basis to achieve and surpass monthly goals Assist your store leader to maintain a neat clean organized store environment at all times. Co-responsible for the overall productivity results in the store. Drive operational efficiency to help minimize risk and protect the store's assets. Support delivering financial results based on key performance indicators. Help identify ways to manage and control store expenses. Be the brand!
