The Opportunity The Bridge Kids Director provides visionary, strategic, and operational leadership for every children’s ministry environment from Birth through 5th Grade. What You’ll Lead Cast and execute the vision and strategy for Bridge Kids. Recruit, develop, encourage, and lead incredible volunteer teams. Build engaging, biblically rich environments where kids love coming to church. Create discipleship pathways that help children and families grow in their faith. Partner with parents as the primary spiritual leaders of their children. Lead camps, special events, and unforgettable family experiences. Oversee ministry systems, communication, scheduling, and budgeting with excellence. Collaborate with an energized staff team to help move the entire church forward. Who You Are You love Jesus deeply. Qualifications A growing and mature relationship with Jesus Christ. Strong alignment with the mission, values, and theology of The Bridge Church. Bachelor’s degree in Ministry, Education, Leadership, Child Development, or a related field. Minimum of one year of vocational church ministry experience. Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead, and develop volunteer teams. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
