The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring successful delivery through strategic planning, budgeting, and effective leadership of large teams. With high client interaction and occasional travel, this role demands expertise in managing resources, schedules, and quality standards using tools like RedTeam, Bluebeam, and Smartsheets. The Senior Project Manager leads teams of 20 or more, driving performance and maintaining strong stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction and estimating through completion
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation to optimize cost efficiency
• Lead and coordinate a team of 20+ members to ensure timely and quality deliverables
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations
• Coordinate schedules and monitor project performance to mitigate risks and address issues promptly
• Implement change management processes to adapt to evolving project requirements
• Conduct quality assurance to maintain high standards throughout project execution
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports for internal and client review
• Foster strong client relationships to promote collaboration and repeat business

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management
