QA Technician III

Our client is seeking a QA Technician III to join their team. As a QA Technician III, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the inspection, testing, and validation processes.

• Perform advanced inspections and review device history records to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support nonconformance investigations and facilitate root cause analysis.
• Ensure adherence to FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and company quality standards.
• Utilize diagnostic and test equipment such as microscopes, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and multimeters.
• Assist with validations, qualifications, and calibration activities for test equipment and processes.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with optical measurement equipment, gages, fixture design, and calibration.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and quality systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, and using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work with microscopes and perform advanced inspections, dedicating approximately 10-20% of work time to microscope use.
