Full-Time Registered Nurse

Role: The Registered Nurse in Home Health provides and supervises nursing care in patients' homes, ensuring adherence to physician prescriptions and legal standards. Responsibilities Develops and revises care plans collaboratively with healthcare professionals. Supervises home health aides and licensed nurses, providing instruction and task assignment. Performs comprehensive assessments, documents visits, and ensures quality patient care. Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members to coordinate care. Participates in team activities, orientation, performance improvement, and on-call rotations. Qualifications: Current RN licensure, valid driver's license, vehicle access, and preferred CPR certification. Experience in home health and strong communication skills are advantageous.
