Located in Monroe, New JerseyJob SummaryThe Warehouse Inventory Operator supports CES Power’s live event, broadcast, and industrial projects by ensuring accurate tracking, handling, and readiness of power generation, distribution, and temperature control equipment. This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy, enabling fast mobilization, and ensuring equipment is event ready, compliant, and safely stored.Primary Job RoleReceive, inspect, and verify incoming equipment and materials (generators, cable, distro, HVAC, accessories) against shipping documents and work ordersAccurately record inventory movements in the warehouse management or asset tracking system (FLEX)Stage, kit, and prepare equipment packages to support concerts, festivals, sporting events, film/broadcast, and industrial projectsPerform cycle counts and support full physical inventories to ensure asset accuracy and availabilityIdentify, research, and help resolve inventory discrepancies, missing assets, or damaged equipmentLabel, tag, and organize assets according to CES Power standards and project requirementsCoordinate closely with operations, logistics, and engineering teams to meet tight event timelinesOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely (certification required)Assist with “load in” and “load out” and return processing from events, including condition checks and restockingMaintain a clean, organized, and safety focused warehouse environmentCore CompetenciesAccuracy and inventory control discipline.Performs work with minimal errors and follows established processesTeam collaboration in high pressure, deadline driven environmentsWorks effectively with others to meet shared goalsProblem solving and adaptability: Identifies issues and applies practical solutionsSafety awareness and compliance mindset: Consistently follows safety procedures and regulatory requirementsReliability and strong work ethic: Takes ownership of responsibilities and meets commitmentsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferredAbility to accurately track equipment and documentation in a fast paced environmentBasic computer skills; experience with inventory or asset tracking systems preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periodsStrong attention to detail, organization, and accountabilityPreferred QualificationsExperience with event production equipment, power distribution, electrical, or HVAC inventoryForklift or material handling equipment certificationUnderstanding of barcode scanning, asset tagging, or serialized equipment trackingExperience supporting time sensitive or project based operationsWorking EnvironmentWarehouse environment supporting large scale events and industrial projectsExposure to equipment, vehicles, noise, and varying temperaturesOvertime, early mornings, nights, or weekends may be required based on event schedulesCES POWER LLC, IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER #J-18808-Ljbffr
