Senior Sales Representative

A leading Japanese trading company is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to manage existing automotive accounts and coordinate closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers Monitor inventory and coordinate purchase orders to prevent shortages, excess stock, and aged inventory Work with internal planning teams and suppliers to meet customer production requirements Negotiate supplier pricing, customer quotations, and cost-reduction initiatives Resolve issues involving inventory, delivery, quantity, quality, and pricing Manage accounts receivable matters in coordination with the Accounting Department Support month-end closing, inventory reconciliation, and physical inventory counts Develop sales forecasts, budgets, sales analyses, and profitability forecasts Monitor gross margins, credit limits, and overall account profitability Identify business trends, operational improvements, and new sales opportunities Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, including occasional site visits and written reports Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies Participate in Kaizen and process-standardization initiatives Ideal Candidate: Experience in automotive materials, automotive components, trading, or manufacturing Strong background in sales, account management, purchasing, or supply chain coordination Experience with pricing negotiations, inventory management, forecasting, and profitability analysis Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams #J-18808-Ljbffr Pasona N A, Inc.
