A high‑performer with 3–5 years of management + sales experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Sports Science, or related field
CPR/AED certified and ready to lead from the front

Own every aspect of club operations: sales, staffing, training, member experience
Oversee and manage your team of leaders and their departments: Personal Training, Front Desk, Group Fitness, Facilities/Maintenance
Drive membership revenue, smash KPIs, and coach your team to victory
Build a culture that’s positive, electric, and fiercely goal‑driven
Ensure your club becomes the undisputed fitness destination in your city
Lead with confidence, clarity, and Crunch‑level energy
