Total Control Home Services LLC is looking for an experienced, driven sales professional to join our growing team as a Lead In-Home Sales Consultant.

This is not a cold-calling position where you're expected to spend your entire day searching for someone to talk to. We generate inbound leads and scheduled sales opportunities. Your job is to meet with homeowners, understand their needs, present the right solution, and close the sale.

Our services include pest and termite solutions, rodent and wildlife exclusion, insulation removal and replacement, crawl-space services, sealing and restoration work, and other residential home-service projects.

What You'll Do

• Run company-provided inbound sales leads and appointments
• Meet directly with homeowners at their properties
• Inspect and understand the customer's needs
• Build trust and professionally explain recommended solutions
• Prepare and present estimates and service options
• Follow up on open estimates and opportunities
• Close residential home-service projects
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information
• Communicate with our office and service teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to completed work
• Build long-term customer relationships rather than relying on high-pressure sales tactics

Compensation & Earning Potential

This position offers a negotiable base salary plus a performance-driven, uncapped commission structure.

Salary and commission terms will be determined based on experience, previous sales performance, industry knowledge, and overall fit.

Our commission structure is designed to reward production. The more you sell and the stronger you perform, the greater your earning potential.

We are looking for someone who is motivated by results and wants the opportunity to directly influence their income.

Vehicle & Travel

Candidates must have a dependable personal vehicle and be comfortable traveling to scheduled customer appointments throughout our service area.

Total Control will provide:

• Gas reimbursement for company-related travel
• Reimbursement/assistance for approved routine vehicle maintenance associated with work use, including oil changes, tires, brakes, and similar maintenance
• Opportunity to move into a company-provided vehicle based on sustained sales performance, reliability, and growth within the position

• Wants their income to grow with their performance

Experience in home services, pest control, roofing, HVAC, construction, remodeling, windows, waterproofing, landscaping, restoration, automotive sales, or other in-home/high-ticket sales is highly valued.
