Quick Facts Location: Atlantic City & Pomona, NJ Start Date: 06/23/2026 End Date: 12/23/2026 (approximate) Shift: Days, Monday-Friday Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Locum License/Certifications: NP with RNFA or PA, First Assist Certification with Robot Experience: Proven experience in Gynecology Surgery and robotic procedures Travel Reimbursements: Mileage at IRS standard rate Pay & Benefits Pay package: Competitive hourly rate (discussed upon application) Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws Travel reimbursements when applicable Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements provided What You’ll Do Assist in robotic gynecological surgeries in an inpatient OR setting Support the surgical team as a First Assist during procedures Provide quality patient care to adult female patients undergoing gynecology surgeries Collaborate with surgeons and staff to ensure safe, efficient procedures Follow established protocols and documentation standards using Cerner/Oracle EMR Participate in a busy surgical schedule averaging 2-6 cases per day Adhere to facility policies and maintain compliance What You Need Valid NP with RNFA or PA license in New Jersey First Assist Certification with robot experience required Minimum of 2 years’ experience in gynecology surgery, including robotic procedures Ability to work autonomously under surgeon supervision Strong teamwork and communication skills Breadth of experience in inpatient surgical settings About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare provider in Atlantic City and Pomona, NJ, delivering specialized gynecological surgical care.
