We're looking for Masters in Public Health (MPH) graduates and public health professionals to help ensure these models deliver accurate, evidence-based, and ethically sound health guidance. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your domain knowledge directly shapes how AI understands population health, epidemiology, biostatistics, and health policy. What You'll Do Design Complex Public Health Scenarios — Create challenging, real-world prompts involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and interpretation of clinical trial data to rigorously test AI reasoning. Author Ground-Truth Responses — Write detailed, step-by-step model answers that draw on peer-reviewed research, epidemiological evidence, and established guidelines from bodies like the CDC and WHO. Audit AI Outputs — Critically evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for factual accuracy, logical consistency, potential bias, and adherence to ethical standards. Refine AI Reasoning — Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI models distinguish correlation from causation, communicate health risk appropriately, and serve diverse populations equitably.
