Shift Details : 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
General Description:
- Los Angeles, CA (Local Candidates ONLY)
- This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong healthcare customer service and call center experience looking to grow within a respected medical enterprise.
Specific Skills ;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients accessing medical services
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, messages, and appointment scheduling
- Register patients and verify insurance coverage
- Assist patients with financial responsibility estimates
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient records
- Coordinate communication with medical personnel through phone, email, and messaging systems
- Minimum 2 years of RECENT hands-on experience in:
- Call Center Environment
