Description:Caregiver – Clatskanie Group Home

Starting at $19.50/hr + $1/hr graveyard differential
Clatskanie, OR | Full-time & Part-time | In Person

AIM Supports is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to join our Kay Place 24-hour group home team in Clatskanie, OR.

We support three adults in a calm, well-established residential setting. This position focuses on providing person-centered support, maintaining a stable home environment, and encouraging independence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily routines (meals, hygiene, housekeeping)
• Administer medications (training provided)
• Encourage independence and skill development
• Document services and supports provided
• Support community outings and appointments as scheduled
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment

Graveyard (Overnight) Shift Responsibilities

Overnight hours are typically quiet, as individuals sleep for most of the shift. Duties include:

• Conduct routine safety checks
• Maintain a secure environment
• Complete laundry and household organization tasks
• Remain available if support is needed

This shift is ideal for someone who works well independently and appreciates a calm, structured work environment.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable and dependable with consistent attendance
• Ability to pass an ODDS background check
• Valid driver’s license (may be waived for overnight positions)
• No more than two driving infractions within three years (for approved drivers)
• Willingness to complete required trainings (paid by AIM)
• Ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• No substantiated findings of abuse or neglect

Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is welcome, but not required.
