What You'll Do Clinical & Operational Leadership – Lead day‑to‑day CVICU operations to ensure safe, high‑quality care delivery, optimal staffing, and efficient unit performance. Team Development & Engagement – Recruit, mentor, and develop a high‑performing critical care nursing team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Physician & Interdisciplinary Collaboration – Partner closely with cardiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to drive exceptional cardiovascular patient outcomes. Quality, Compliance & Performance Improvement – Oversee regulatory compliance, quality metrics, and strategic initiatives that continuously elevate clinical excellence and operational results.
