Associate Director, Market Access Analytics - Neurology

Role Associate Director in Market Access Analytics (Neurology) at Regeneron, focusing on transforming complex data into evidence-based decisions to optimize payer and provider strategies. Requirements minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience (7+ with MBA/MS); BS/BA in STEM fields, with advanced degree preferred; proficiency in key market access data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Model N), coding (Python, R, SQL), and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau); strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills. High-Value role supports market access for neurology portfolio, with a focus on payer segmentation, policy, and contracting strategies, using advanced analytics and proprietary data tools.
