As a Server, you're the heartbeat of the dining experience - blending great communication, multitasking magic, and solid food and drink know-how to make every guest feel like a VIP. You'll serve with style and keep the service area spotless and organized. All this while following company standards and safety guidelines to ensure every shift runs smoothly and every meal is memorable. The role is primarily breakfast, with the opportunity for extended hours during banquet events.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience Guru: Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and making sure every need is met from start to finish.
• Cleanliness Champion: Keep the service area spotless and safe, following hygiene regulations and certification standards without missing a beat.
• Stamina Specialist: Stay energized and on your feet - lifting, bending, and moving with strength and endurance throughout your shift.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage service is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and coworkers professionally.
• Must obtain and maintain any required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler's Card) as per state regulations.
