BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Senior Living Services Manager in our Harrisburg PA Senior Living Office .

Are you looking for a rewarding career opportunity in a growing healthcare industry As a Senior Living Services Manager youll play a key role in coordinating high-quality home health services while building meaningful relationships with clients families referral partners and your team.

TheSenior Living Services Manager will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and coordinate high-quality home health services
• Manage client service coordination and address emergent scheduling and staffing needs
• Oversee and proactively grow an assigned caseload through relationship-building and service excellence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients families referral sources payors and community organizations
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with office and field staff
• Monitor key operational and financial metrics including admissions and referral outcomes
• Partner with Clinical Managers to provide support and supervision to field employees
• Contribute to office growth client satisfaction and overall operational success

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Prior knowledge of or experience with Medicare and OASIS a plus
• Previous medical office healthcare or home care experience preferred
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
• Demonstrated success in achieving goals and taking on increasing levels of responsibility
• Ambition and desire to grow and advance within the organization
• Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
