POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an Estimating Coordinator / Assistant Estimator to support the preconstruction and estimating team in the preparation and coordination of commercial construction bids and proposals. This role is ideal for a detail oriented construction professional looking to grow within a highly respected commercial construction environment. The successful candidate will assist with bid administration, subcontractor outreach, document management, quantity takeoffs, and overall estimating coordination while working closely with senior estimators and preconstruction leadership.
