Licensed Clinical Psychologist

What You’ll Do As a Clinical Psychologist at TC&C, you will have the opportunity to: Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments. Provide evidence-based individual, family, and/or couples therapy. Administer, score, interpret, and prepare integrated psychological assessment reports. Conduct ADHD, learning disability, personality, diagnostic clarification, and other psychological evaluations based on your areas of expertise. Collaborate closely with Licensed Professional Counselors, Residents in Counseling, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Participate in interdisciplinary case consultations and clinical collaboration. Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical documentation. Contribute to the continued growth and development of psychological services within TC&C. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold best practices in psychological care. Preferred Areas of Interest We welcome psychologists with experience or interest in: ADHD evaluations Psychological testing Diagnostic clarification Trauma-informed care Autism spectrum evaluations Mood and anxiety disorders Personality assessments Women’s mental health Military, veterans, first responders, and healthcare professionals Qualifications Required: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program (or equivalent). Active Virginia license as a Clinical Psychologist (or ability to obtain licensure before employment). Experience providing psychotherapy and/or psychological assessments. Excellent clinical judgment and strong written communication skills. Commitment to ethical practice, collaboration, and professional growth. Preferred: Experience with insurance-based outpatient practice. Experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations. Familiarity with electronic health records.
