Product Manager, Hospital Operations

Moraph LLC

Give hospital leaders a real-time view of every bed, every wait and every bottleneck. You will own the Hospital Command Center Dashboard and the patient-flow products around it.

What you'll do

Own strategy and roadmap for capacity, patient-flow and discharge products
Spend time on the floor with bed managers, nursing leaders and operations teams
Define requirements for real-time integrations with EMR, ADT and staffing systems
Measure impact on length of stay, ED boarding and throughput, and report it to customers

What you'll bring

5+ years of product management for B2B software, at least 2 in healthcare
Understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows
Experience with real-time or data-heavy products

Compensation

$225,000 – $255,000 per year.
