Requirements High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is a plus. 2-3 years of administrative experience required, preferably in the construction industry Payroll processing experience required (ADP, QuickBooks, or similar systems) Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience handling confidential employee and payroll information Job Duties Process weekly payroll and verify employee timesheets and job codes Maintain employee records, certifications, and employment documentation Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and paperwork Support Accounts Payable, Purchase Orders, and job-related administrative functions Manage project files, invoices, expense reports, and correspondence Process haul tickets, work orders, and payroll-related documentation Answer phones, schedule meetings, and support management staff Maintain office records through filing, scanning, copying, and data entry Coordinate temporary staffing requests and track employee hours Facilitate rental equipment deliveries, office mail, and other administrative needs Benefits: Good Earnings.
