Work Environment\nAs a remote position, you will primarily perform your duties in a home-based environment while having the support of our integrated care team. The role operates within a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential need for occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations that assess both psychological function and the influence of various medical conditions on patients' mental health.

Develop, implement, and continuously update individualized treatment plans that address both psychiatric issues and underlying medical concerns, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care.

Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices that are responsive to the unique needs of each patient.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate care effectively, discussing patients’ progress and adjusting treatment protocols as necessary.

Provide immediate crisis intervention, being able to rapidly assess situations and implement appropriate supportive measures during mental health emergencies.

Empower patients by providing educational resources related to the interconnectedness of mental and physical health, guiding them in self-management techniques for their conditions.

Maintain precise and confidential patient records in compliance with all ethical and legal standards, utilizing our designated electronic health record (EHR) systems.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the experience and expertise of the selected candidate.
