Looking to join a small, growing firm that is flexible and family oriented that offers lots of opportunity for professional and personal growth? We are seeking an experienced accountant/CPA to join our team. Our firm is primarily a tax based firm, but is expanding further into audit/review work.
Position Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Preparation of personal, partnership, corporation, trust and exempt organization tax returns
- Assistance with audits, reviews and financial statement compilation
- Tax Planning
- Build new and expand existing client relationships
- Client write-up work, payroll, sales tax, RPIE and LM2 filings
- Handle federal and state audits and correspond with tax authorities
Requirements:
- Prior CPA Firm experience
- Licensed CPA
- Experience with Ultra Tax tax preparation software
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong accounting, tax and analytical skills
- Positive, motivated attitude. Client-centric
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
