MaineHealth Maine Medical Center Biddeford | Companion Program Full-Time | 40-Hours Management/Leadership Req #: 78386 Summary: The Companion Program Supervisor is a full time CNA who partners with the Nurse Manager to oversee the staff who provide remote visual monitoring and direct constant patient observation. This role provides operational oversight, resource coordination including hiring staff, scheduling, performance evaluation, onboarding and continuing education, the coordination of equipment maintenance, clinical leadership and program development Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): * Education: N/A * License/Certifications: Registered as a Certified Nursing Assistant with the Maine Registry of Certified Nursing Assistants.
