We invite seasoned and entrepreneurial recruiters to join our team as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. This position transcends traditional rolesit acts as a launchpad for your career. Your Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle searches, guiding each process from initiation to closure.
- Act as a client partner, thoroughly understanding their hiring needs, challenges, and culture.

- Utilize our platform to streamline candidate management, outreach tracking, automated follow-ups, and organization.

Our Ideal Candidate
- 2-3+ years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience

- Confident with ATS / CRM systems (we'll provide training on our platform)
