You'll work directly with ownership to expand our customer base, identify new revenue opportunities, and help drive the company's continued growth.Success in this role comes from initiative, persistence, and a willingness to pick up the phone, get in front of customers, and create opportunities.ResponsibilitiesProspect and develop new business opportunities through phone calls, email outreach, networking, referrals, trade shows, and in-person meetingsIdentify and engage wholesalers, distributors, pharmacies, discount retailers, convenience stores, supermarkets, and other potential customersBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospectsPresent product offerings, pricing opportunities, and inventory availability to customersNegotiate pricing and close new business opportunitiesManage customer relationships and generate repeat businessTrack sales activity, opportunities, and customer interactionsAttend trade shows and customer meetings as neededCollaborate with leadership and operations teams to ensure a positive customer experienceMonitor market trends and identify new growth opportunitiesRequired QualificationsPrevious sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing experienceStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with a hunter mentalityComfortable making outbound calls and prospecting for new businessAbility to work independently and manage your own activityReliable transportation and ability to travel locallyAbility to commute to Rockland County, NYPreferredExperience in wholesale distribution, FMCG, consumer packaged goods, grocery, pharmacy, health & beauty, general merchandise, or related industriesExisting relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, pharmacies, or convenience storesExperience attending trade shows and networking eventsCRM experienceBilingual language skills are a plusWe're looking for someone who is: Entrepreneurial and self-motivated Comfortable prospecting and generating new business Relationship-driven and customer-focused Resourceful, persistent, and goal-oriented Eager to grow with a small but rapidly expanding companyThis isn't a highly corporate sales role.
