Legal Counsel

We are looking for a commercial lawyer to support the General Counsel on customer contracts, supplier agreements, partnerships and corporate matters. As deal flow grows, the legal team needs greater depth.

This role is suited to someone with solid commercial legal experience who can work independently on day-to-day contract matters, while taking direction on larger, more complex or sensitive matters.

You will work across multiple jurisdictions and a varied mix of agreements: large enterprise offtake, datacenter and network arrangements, AI/cloud supplier contracts, NDAs, partnership and reseller terms, and corporate matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate customer and supplier contracts.
• Support large commercial deals from term sheet through to signature.
• Manage standard agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, partnership agreements, reseller terms and service order forms.
• Track regulatory and compliance obligations across operating regions.
• Work alongside the General Counsel on corporate and governance matters.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Qualified lawyer with several years of commercial post-qualification experience.
• Background or interest in technology, telecommunications, datacenter, cloud, infrastructure, AI or complex B2B contracting.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Comfortable across multiple jurisdictions and contract types.
• Pragmatic. You move deals forward without losing precision.
• Strong writer. Plain English over legalese where possible.
• Good judgement and confidence working in a fast-moving commercial environment.
