Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities: Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Schedules & Benefits: Schedule: 3pm-11pm with One Weekend per Month ON CALL Daily Pay Option Health, dental, vision and PTO for full-time employees Opportunities for advancement Complete Care at Park Place is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
