Job Title: Emergency Department Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 18:45 - 07:15 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 2+ years License: Active RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, ENPC Must-Have: - Minimum 2 years of experience as a nurse - At least 1 year of experience in an Emergency Room setting - Strong teamwork mentality - Ability to coach and provide real-time feedback - Flexibility to work in all areas of the Emergency Department Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. This facility is recognized as one of the top hospitals in the nation for clinical quality. The Emergency Department serves as a referral center for trauma cases and high-volume patient care. Our department is equipped with advanced technology and a diverse team dedicated to patient safety and quality care. Nurses are expected to maintain high standards of patient experience throughout their visits. The unit typically has a patient ratio of 4:1, with up to 7:1 for behavioral holds. Nursing staff will have access to technical support for cardiac monitoring and triage processes. Documentation is managed through a modern electronic system.
