Job Details

As a Senior Attorney on our team, we are looking for:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in New York
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights
• Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceeding experience
• Commercial collections and enforcement action experience
• Loan workouts and restructuring experience
• Litigation experience involving secured and unsecured creditors
